Collect RSVPs – so you know how many are coming to the party

Birthday, summer party, team dinner or club outing: the date is set, but who is actually coming? Instead of gathering replies from chats and emails, send an invitation as a link with Meetarium. Everyone says yes or no with one click, and you immediately see how many people to expect.

Create invitation → free · no account · end-to-end encrypted

In short

  • Meetarium collects RSVPs for free in the browser – no sign-up, no app, end-to-end encrypted.
  • Guests answer yes, no or – if enabled – maybe.
  • If you like, guests say how many people they are bringing; the overview adds everyone up.
  • If created as hidden, only the organiser sees who said yes or no.

How to collect RSVPs for your invitation

  1. Create invitation

Open “Send an invitation”, write what it is about and pick the date – with a time if you like. Place and description are optional.

  2. Choose plus-ones and visibility

Turn on “Allow plus-ones” if guests may bring other people. With “Hidden”, only you see who said yes or no.

  3. Share the link or QR code

Send the invitation link by chat or email, or show the QR code, for example on a printed invitation. Guests do not need an account.

  4. Keep track of RSVPs

You see yeses, people including plus-ones, maybes and nos. When you need to plan, you close RSVPs with one click.

Tips for more replies

Name a deadline

Write in the description by when you need an answer – for food, drinks or a reservation, for example.

Use “maybe” deliberately

“Maybe” makes it easier to answer. If you need firm numbers, turn it off – then there is only yes or no.

Provide a calendar file

Guests add the date to their own calendar as an .ics file with one click – so nobody forgets it.

Let people change their answer

Plans change: guests can adjust or withdraw their answer later, on another device with the edit link.

If the date is not fixed yet

Agree on a date first, then collect RSVPs

Create a scheduling poll first. Once you have chosen the best date, “Collect RSVPs” gathers replies right in the same poll – previous answers are already filled in.

Frequently asked questions

How do I collect RSVPs for a party online?

Create an invitation in Meetarium, share the link and let everyone answer yes, maybe or no. The overview counts the yeses and, if you like, the plus-ones.

Can guests say how many people they are bringing?

Yes, if you turn on “Allow plus-ones”. Each answer can name up to nine more people; the names of plus-ones are not asked for.

Do all guests see who is coming?

Normally yes, as with any poll shared by link. If you create the invitation as hidden, only the organiser sees the names; everyone else only sees how many have answered and when.

Do guests have to sign up?

No. Guests open the link in the browser, on a phone or computer, enter a name and answer. There is no account and no app.

Does Meetarium remind guests by email?

No. Meetarium does not send emails. You share the link yourself and can send it again if needed.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Meetarium is free, without ads and without a subscription.
