When another tool is a better fit
Automatic reminders
Meetarium sends no emails. If you want participants reminded by email, you need a different tool.
Booking pages
Meetarium is a poll, not a booking calendar: outsiders cannot book free slots directly in your calendar.
Direct calendar connection
Meetarium does not connect to Outlook or Google accounts. It only reads an .ics file that you drag in yourself.
Keeping polls in an account
Without accounts, Meetarium only remembers your polls on your device. If you lose the organiser link you can no longer manage the poll – we cannot recover it.
Switch in a minute
Nothing to set up
There is no import and no registration: create a poll, tap the days, share the link. Invitees answer in the browser, on their phone too.
