Scheduling for teams
Meetarium finds the date that works for everyone. No account, no ads, no tracking – and encrypted so that not even we can see who is free when.
Paste the link you received:
Tap days in the calendar, set times, share the link. Answering works without an account or app – on phones too.
Titles, dates, names and answers are encrypted in the browser. The key is in the link; our server only stores ciphertext.
Load your own calendar file: clashes are instantly suggested as “no”. The file never leaves your device.
Every answer is digitally signed. Anyone with the link can take part – but nobody can move someone else's ticks.
People in another time zone automatically see the suggestions in their own local time.
Once the date is fixed: a calendar file for everyone, an agenda for Votarium and an entry in your Actarium commitment list.
When you create a poll, your browser generates random keys. They are in the link after the # sign – browsers never send this part to a server. Everything entered is encrypted before it is sent. A stolen database dump shows nothing but gibberish.
Once the date is set, one click prepares the meeting – and at the end of the meeting the search for the next date begins.
